UNIFAC Consortium Meeting 2016The 2016 joint UNIFAC consortium sponsor meeting and DDBST user meeting has taken place in Oldenburg, Germany, on

September, 20th to 21st, 2016

As every year an opening party for early arrivers was held on Monday evening before the official meeting and a free workshop with plenty of time for talks and discussions has been held the following Wednesday.

In the long tradition of consortium, the meeting 2016 brought together once more the company representatives from all over the world.

The recent efforts in the field of group contribution methods were presented in short lectures. The company representatives had the opportunity not only to gain an overview of the state of UNIFAC, mod. UNIFAC, equation of state PSRK, but also to suggest possible future developments and to present their industrial research.

In the evening all participants were invited to join the laboratory tour, followed by the dinner.

Many thanks to all the participants for creating a nice atmosphere full of constructive discussions during the oral sessions!
